ADD pills with diet pills?

I currently take Vivanse (which 'potentially can raise heart rate' (haven't gotten a heart monitoring test done yet)) and I was considering hopping on some sort of cutting pill similar to Oxy Elite Pro or something basically that will have a similar effect. The question is can I take my add pills (as prescribed) and take some sort of cutting supplement at the same time (because cutting supplements generally raise heart rate, etc)? I need to know this because I will be ordering supps tonight.
