Dermatologist- Acne Help...PLEASE!?

I need a professionals help, please. I'm 17, and have suffered with acne for around 5-7 years now. I tried Proactive, didn't work. I've gone through so many different products, by cabinets were literally full of them. Everything from Oxy, Nutrogena, Wal-Mart and Target brands, Clear Skin, and now Biore. Biore works the best for me. But what confuses me is that it seemed everything would work, but would only work for a month or two, then stop working all together. At the moment, I was my face twice a day with Biore, will use rubbing alcohol or peroxide to clean some spots during the day, and use a prescription topical treatment at night. Please, if anyone out there is a professional in this field, please give me ideas on how to get rid of it! Thanks, WAR EAGLE!!
