I need something that helps oily skin?

I don't really know how to explain this. I've never had a real "pimple" problem, but one here and there. I have a lot of little bumps on my face, where you have to be very close to notice them, which I am in the mirror.. and they are driving me nuts. It makes me look "rough." They are the same color as my skin. Mainly on my cheeks, and forehead. I would really like to get rid of this issue ASAP. If anyone has this issue, and found a good way to treat or cure it, I would really love to hear your ideas!! I have used Oxy, Neutrogena, and plain alcohol swabs with no success.
