I need to get rid of my acne in 3 days or less ?

Im tired of everything I use it just makes it worse I tried toothpaste it didn't work i drink tons of water doesnt seem to be doing anything except giving me a huge blatter problem with me allways needing to pee and I tried oatmeal I tried oxy pads nothing seems to work I was going to try lemons and sugar but mom won't buy me any lemons
