A REALLY REALLY DISGUSTING PIMPLE QUESTION!?

Okay, I'm 16, and I used to have severe acne. Then, I started using some kind of acne treatment skin thing ( I forgot the name)...oh wait, it's called Oxy something? Anyways, it really helped because I only grow one pimple occasionally and I no longer get boils! Yay! :) However, whenever I grow this one occasional pimple, I can squeeze it (it's not healthy I know :|) and then this little white thing oozes out and it looks like a tiny pin hole is left in my skin!!!! It disappears after a while but it's so nasty and I know I should stop but it gives me the satisfaction of triumph when I pick it!!! My question is, what's the name of this type of pimple?? I can't seem to find it!
