How to cope with fibromyalgia when doc wants me off narcotics?

Been on 7.5 hydrocodone since 5/10 2x per day, 11/10 to 4x per day then 3G per day plus 20mg oxycontin 4/11. Now 5-10, doc diagnoses me with fibromyalgia and not only does she want me off the narcotics, but expects me to wean off with 90 5/5mg hydrocodone. I've dropped off the oxy and now at 4x per day, and withdrawal hasn't been too bad but the pain is becoming unbearable. Cymbalta is not an option, it makes me very ill. Doc refused somas even though they've helped me in the past. I'm not ignorant to this condition or treatments available to me but to continue switching doctors will simply lead them to believe I'm just a drug seeker, which I am, but not for the purpose of drug abuse. I'm losing hope and I don't know what to do.
