Am i able to get norco vicoden or oxy contin for this?

im 14, i have anxiety paranoia and ADHD i was wondering if its legal for me to get those pills that make you high if im 14, even if i break my back or my leg, will they prescribe me oxy-contin or something? im just curious and my mom and grandma said they will, but i think its illegal if your under 18, whose right me or my elders?
