How do I get rid of this pimple right above my lip?

Before it popped up into view, the place between the arch on my lip hurt. Now it popped up into view and its RIGHT in the middle of the arch - lip thingy. And no, I have never had sex or kissed anyone. My mom wont pop it for me because she says its too dangerous. What should I do? I do have oxy.. should I try it or is it bad for the lip/above lip? or should I just put peroxide on it everyday or WHAT?
