Can a teenager as young as 13 take diet pills?

I'm 13, and almost 14 in a few days. I have been struggling with my weight for my entire life. Would it be safe to take the prescribed dose on my weight loss pills bottle ( oxy elite pro). I am over 200 lbs so I don't think my weight would be an issue.
