Concussion and suboxone combo?

I have a mild concussion I think...I feel pressure in my head and I'm lightheaded. Its not too unbearable, I was evaluated by doctors and haven't had any complications. I am dependent on oxy and wanna get off using suboxone. Does anyone know FOR SURE if I took suboxone, maybe like 4 to 8 mg, would it make my head worse, or increase the pressure ? Plz help, I don't wanna be on drugs anymore
