How to get rid of a pimple? HELP ME!?

Alright well I got this pretty big pimple on the side of my face. Its a whitehead I am guessing, because its red and when you look at it there's a little whiteness? i don't know. Anyways how can I get rid of it? I have had it for 3 days now and I use an acne medication and Oxy Spot Treatment on it since today? Any suggestions tips or tricks? best answer gets 10 points, thx :D
